Dress rehearsal - Part 1

It's that time of year! The performance is coming soon so I will have a few posts from the dress rehearsal this week. I will have something else posted to my blog so it won't only be dance this week!

During the dress rehearsal, the Junior Jazz class had to perform a tap number without their music. I was so impressed by how well they did that I couldn't stop watching to take a photo! They were moving so fast and all in sync that I was really blown away - great job girls!

I'm running out of ways to describe the talent of the dancers I've been photographing lately. This beauty came ready to pose and show off her moves!

She was a dream to photograph! Her dance moves were great and I love the purple dress!

What a cute set of brothers! The five-week old was so calm and barely cried the whole time I was there and the 2 year-old was very sweet! He cooperated and was a great big brother! I had a hard time picking photos for this preview - there were a lot to choose from.

Extended Family - Part 1

I recently photographed a family celebrating a special anniversary.

The kids were all gorgeous so I'll post their photos today and tomorrow as a preview. Hopefully the adults won't mind!

A graduation and first communion

This family had lots to celebrate this month with one beautiful daughter graduating from college and the other beautiful one having her first communion.

We got our outdoor shots in before the drizzle did any damage (except to my hair) and also had a nice time indoors!

They both liked doing the jumping shot!
