LAX

This post isn't about the airport in LA, or the upcoming 'Lost' finale which I am greatly anticipating, but the girls lacrosse games that I photographed last week.

I've said many times how impressed I am with these young girls. They seem so poised and confident and they can really play lacrosse!

I had a little scare when I got home from the games and realized I was missing one of my memory cards. My kids and I went back to the field (and by then it was drizzling out). We walked around twice and thank God I spotted the card just as we were heading back to my car. I was so happy that the images were ok. Whew, what a day!

These are from the varsity game. Tomorrow I will post from the JV and will have the galleries ready by the end of the week or maybe a little sooner.

A few more from Sunday

Here are a few more jphotos from the first communion party. Also, the older sister was dressed up and pretty on Sunday and when I saw her at the lacrosse game on Monday - she was all speed and power. Check out one of her goals.

Beauty

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful girl right after her first communion! She was so sweet and has a wonderful smile. I was very impressed to find out that her mom styled her hair!

I'll post some of her with her family later (and her sister playing lacrosse), but wanted to feature her in this post.

A boy and his ball

I always have fun photographing these cuties and this time it was to mark his upcoming 2nd birthday. As you can see from my blog header, he still has the gorgeous blue eyes, but now he also has curls. He was very happy when he got his ball and he has a good throw! Big sister was as adorable as always!

Graduating!

What an exciting time - graduating from high school soon and heading off to college. And she has big plans for her future - I'm impressed!

First Communion

It was a beautiful ceremony for these second graders making their first communion. What a special day!

Catching Up

It's been a little crazy around here.
