The end of the snow!?

I feel like I've been hibernating for the past month or so. Between all the snow, snow days, taxes (which are almost done) and spring cleaning, I feel in need of a vacation. Unfortunately, I won't be taking one anytime soon.

But, to celebrate being almost caught up on my work and the soon arrival of spring, I am including a free 8x10 print with portrait sessions completed between March 15 and April 30, 2010. Also, if you are interested in a first communion session, please ask about my special pricing.

I have finally finished posting the Nutcracker photos and they can be viewed at http://www.loriejohnson.photoreflect.com/. This was the 4th year of photographing the Nutcracker and it is really enjoyable to see the girls progress and grow as dancers and young ladies.

Now I'm wishing I was going on vacation to somewhere warm!!

Yearbook, part 2

We had too much snow to venture outdoors, but indoors was just fine! She looked great and how about her blue eyes!

Yearbook

Her school lets the students submit photos for the yearbook. I like that since I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful girl.

She braved the cold weather and is a natural in front of the camera! And check out her red coat - very nice!

Great combination

I love photographing babies and I'm sure I've said that before. This little guy is one month old and has beautiful big eyes, a photogenic family and he's a Penn State fan! He also wanted to stay awake during our session and barely fussed.

She has a very natural and beautiful smile! It was a pleasure to watch her dance last month, she is very talented.
