Plaid dresses

These two little girls looked so sweet in their Christmas dresses! They were full of energy and smiles and not too many frowns!

Purple

Purple, which was a beautiful accent color for their session, has special meaning for this family. I enjoyed their interaction and it was fun to see the different expressions the kids came up with when trying to do a 'serious face'.

Love their clothes!

When I photograph children that are really cute and they are dressed in adorable outfits, it makes for a fun session. The colors of the outdoors were a perfect complement to their clothes and their incredible smiles.

10 week old baby girl

She isn't a newborn anymore, so she doesn't sleep as much and isn't as flexible or willing to be curled up in a typical newborn pose. However, she had so many adorable expressions and great eye contact. She did sleep for a little bit and was so much fun to watch as she moved very quickly from the poses we tried!

Better conditions this year!

Last year during our session, it was really windy and made it difficult to photograph two females with beautiful long hair! This year was much calmer and we had the chance to venture all around the creek.

Cute coat

The oldest sister showed off her new coat, which matched some of the trees in the background. She also showed off a few dance moves and has her animal sounds down pat! Her little sister seemed to enjoy her surroundings, but did try to eat the leaves at one point.

They both have large, beautiful eyes and smiles that are so enjoyable to photograph!

Senior girl

It was a blast to photograph this senior. She had awesome clothes and was game to try almost anything! It was really had to narrow down the selection for this preview as she had so many beautiful photos. I have to admit to being a little envious of her gorgeous hair!
